Cruisin Safely Motorcycle Class Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • A $50 non-refundable registration fee will be charged if the student chooses to cancel up to 7 days prior to the course start date.
  • Within 7 days of the course start date, Cruisin Safely LLC will not refund any tuition or portion of tuition if the school is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.
  • To reschedule your registration without incurring the $50 registration fee, you MUST notify Cruisin Safely at least seven days prior to your scheduled start date. There will be a $20 reschedule fee if switching to another class.

BRC-2 License Waiver Students (Intermediate Class Only)

Students must ride their own motorcycle to class and bring proof of insurance and their motorcycle temporary license. You must have sufficient riding skill in the first exercise to continue in the course. This course is not for new or inexperienced riders.

Student Requirements

All students MUST meet the following conditions to fulfill the agreement:

  1. Proper safety gear is REQUIRED:
    Helmet, full-fingered gloves, long-sleeve jacket and/or shirt, long durable pants (no sweatpants or stretch pants), over-the-ankle footwear, and eyewear.
    All required gear must be brought by the student on the scheduled course date. Students who do not bring proper gear
    will not be permitted to ride and will not receive a refund.
    Cruisin Safely provides motorcycles and helmets if necessary. It is the student’s responsibility to dress appropriately for the weather. Cruisin Safely is
    not responsible for cold or wet riders.
  2. Required attendance for all scheduled course times. Missing any part of the course constitutes a breach of the agreement and may result in dismissal without refund.
  3. Successfully meeting the objectives of each riding exercise.
  4. Respecting fellow students and following all stated safety rules on the riding range. Failure to do so, as determined solely by the course instructor, constitutes a breach of the agreement. The student will be asked to leave without refund.
  5. Successful completion of the riding test. Cruisin Safely does not guarantee successful completion.
  6. Signed Waiver and Release of Liability form.

NOTE: Students under 18 must arrange to have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian in the presence of a Cruisin Safely LLC employee or their designee.
