Cruisin Safely Policy



Cancellation/Refund Policy:


  • A $50 non refundable registration fee will be charged if the student chooses to cancel up to 7 days prior to the course start date.
  • Within 7 days of the course start date, the school, Cruisin Safely LLC, will not refund any tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement.
  • To reschedule your registration without incurring the $50 Registration Fee you MUST notify Cruisin Safely at least seven days prior to your scheduled start date. There will be a $20 reschedule fee if changing to another class.


BRC-2 License Waiver Students (Intermediate class only): Must ride your motorcycle to the class and have proof of insurance and your motorcycle temporary license with you. You must have enough skill in the first exercise to be allowed to continue in the course. This course is not for new/inexperienced riders. 


Student Requirements:


All students MUST meet the following conditions to fulfill the agreement:

  • Proper Safety gear is REQUIRED, Helmet, full fingered gloves, long sleeve jacket and/or shirt, long durable pants(No sweat pants or stretch pants), complete coverage over the ankle footwear and eyewear. All the above gear must be brought by the student to the course on the scheduled date or they will not be permitted to ride and will not receive a refund. Cruisin Safely provides motorcycles. Cruisin Safely provides helmets if necessary. It is up to you to dress appropriately for the weather. Cruisin Safely is not responsible for cold or wet riders.
  • Required attendance during all scheduled course times. Missing any part of the course constitutes a breach of the agreement, therefore you may be excused without refund.
  • Successfully meeting the objectives of any riding exercise.
  • Respect fellow students and follow all stated safety rules on the riding range. Failure to do so in the sole judgment of the course instructor constitutes a breach of this agreement. In such a case the student will be asked to leave the course without a refund.
  • Successful completion of the riding test. Cruisin Safely does not guarantee successful completion.

NOTE: Students under 18 must make arrangements to have the waiver signed by the parent or guardian in the presence of a Cruisin Safely LLC employee or their designee.
