Complete registration form below - be sure to include the course dates/times and course number. Make a copy for yourself and press the submit button at the bottom.
Classroom - 2211 Oregon Street (Lake Aire Offices). Please click on the locations/directions tab at the right for directions to the classroom.
Driving range - we supply the motorcycles, helmets and gloves for your use. Feel free to bring your own helmet and gloves, if you have them. For range only, you will need long-sleeved shirt, long pants (no holes), boots/shoes that cover your ankles (you cannot drive without proper attire). Be prepared: We ride rain or shine - bring rain gear, warm attire and food/drinks!
STATE OF WISCONSIN COURSE REQUIRMENTS FAQs
- You must be on time and attend all sessions
- You do note need to have your motorcycle temps prior to taking the course.
- If you choose to wait until after you have completed the course to take the temps test, the Department of Motor Vehicles will waive the temps FEE ONLY.
- You will be required to pay a small fee at the Department of Motor Vehicle Office when you obtain your motorcycle license permit.
DIRECTIONS FROM HIGHWAY 41
Exit off Highway 41 at the South Park Exit, go east on South Park Ave. until you meet 20th Avenue. At 20th Avenue turn right (east), until you reach Oregon Street. Go right (south) on Oregon street. The Lake Aire entrance is 1/2 block on the right. Enter the parking lot, the classroom entrance is the 2nd door off of Oregon Street. Follow the signage inside the building to Suite A3.
